We check messages regularly and aim to respond within a few days. Tuned is an independent project, so replies are personal rather than automated. If your question relates to something covered in the Guide or FAQ, we may point you there — but we do read every message.

Most questions fall into a few categories. Here is what we can and cannot help with.

• Bug reports and technical issues — If something is broken, we want to know. Please include what page you were on, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots are helpful.
• Privacy and data deletion requests — If you want a Room deleted before its 30-day automatic expiration, provide the Room ID and we will delete it promptly. For quick pair checks, no data is stored, so there is nothing to delete.
• Feedback about the service — We genuinely read feedback about the archetypes, descriptions, and compatibility logic. If a result felt very accurate or completely wrong, we want to know.
• Questions about how Tuned works — The Guide covers most of this, but if something is unclear after reading it, contact is the right place.

Tuned is a compatibility tool that generates frequency archetypes and relationship descriptions from three inputs: your birthday (MMDD format), a signal pattern selection (one of four waveforms), and an energy style. The algorithm is deterministic — the same inputs always produce the same outputs, which means results are consistent and reproducible.

When two people compare their frequencies, the system produces a resonance score (0–100), assigns a compatibility tier, and names a Third Entity — the named archetype of the relationship dynamic itself. There are 15 possible Third Entities, and the descriptions shift depending on how the two people's energy styles interact.

Tuned is designed for entertainment and self-reflection, not clinical use. The descriptions are written to be specific and behavioral rather than vague or spiritual. We do not claim the algorithm predicts relationship outcomes. What it does is give you and the people in your life a shared vocabulary for patterns you may already recognize.

Rooms are Tuned's multi-person feature. A host creates a Room with a name and PIN, shares the Room ID and PIN with invited participants, and everyone fills out their own frequency profile independently. The host sees a ranked compatibility list or a full group constellation depending on which Room mode was selected.

Room data is automatically deleted 30 days after the Room is created. If you need your data deleted sooner, or if you have a question about what is stored in a specific Room, email us with the Room ID and we will take care of it.

A few questions come up often enough that answering them here saves everyone time.

Can I change my frequency archetype? Your archetype is determined by fixed inputs. If you want to see a different result, try a different signal pattern or energy style selection. The birthday component is fixed, but the other two inputs are yours to choose.

Why does my result feel inaccurate? The most common cause is the signal pattern selection — if you chose based on aesthetics rather than self-recognition, the result will skew. Try re-entering with the pattern that feels most structurally true to you. If it still feels off, that is a valid response to an entertainment product.

Can I use Tuned for teams? Yes. Group mode in Rooms is designed for this — it shows a full compatibility matrix across all participants, a group-level frequency name, and shared patterns. Teams of any size can use it.
