By using Tuned, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Tuned is a free entertainment tool that generates frequency archetypes and compatibility descriptions based on user-provided inputs. It is not a scientific instrument, diagnostic tool, or professional advice platform.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Tuned
• You are responsible for any display names you provide
• Do not use Tuned to harass, bully, or harm others
• Do not attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the service
• Do not use automated tools to access the service at scale

All frequency archetypes, Third Entity descriptions, and compatibility results are generated for entertainment purposes only. Tuned makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any results.

Do not make important personal, professional, or relationship decisions based solely on Tuned results.

The Tuned brand, algorithm, Third Entity names, frequency archetypes, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Tuned. You may share your personal results freely, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

Tuned is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to relationship decisions influenced by Tuned results.

Rooms expire and are permanently deleted after 30 days. We are not responsible for data loss due to Room expiration. If you need to preserve your results, save or screenshot them before the Room expires.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Tuned after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
